My Story
Sheilagh was a freelance illustrator for over 20 years, producing work for a variety of companies and magazines including Angler and Hunter magazine, Peter Storm Clothing, Guarantee Fit track, Canadian Sportfishing magazine, and TV show, and Chip Chats Magazine (USA).

Sheilagh spent a wonderful time at Pine Grove Cottages as their artist in residence.
With this knowledge and love for Art, she embarked on her art teaching career over 40 years ago. She has taught a variety of mediums in a variety of setting overs the years. These include collages, Art centres, Senior centres, online and special events.
Sheilagh has studied a vast array of healing modalities and has taught some of these for 20years. She is a Transformative Mindfulness Facilitator, an Advanced Meditation Facilitator, a Reiki practitioner (level 3), a Hypnosis practitioner, a Munay-Ki Shamanic practitioner, a Medical intuitive and Quantum healing practitioner (level 6), and is an Animal Communicator.
